I cannot even begin to tell you how excited we are about the new storybook sessions and even cooler is the awesome response we’ve had from our clients and fans. With that said, i think its only fair that you get to see the entire storybook session from beginning to end and so that is why I can’t stop sharing these Wonderland photos. Alice discovered the white rabbit, followed him into his rabbit hole.. and then what happened? Well she shrunk and grew and shrunk again until she was just the right size to enter the world of Wonderland. 🙂
Every little girl (or boy) dreams of storybook adventures, whether it be from their favorite princess Disney movie, or of a super hero scaling a city in a single bound. We’re officially here to say, we want to turn those dreams into reality! We’re kicking off our storybook sessions by taking you and your children on a trip into Wonderland to chase the white rabbit and play croquet with the queen of hearts. Alice sessions are available until the end of August and then will be retired until next spring. What a fun way to end the summer!

I absolutely adore my baby’s first year clients but WOW can I say.. where have the last 6 months gone??? I cannot believe it! I just graduated several of them (as you’ll see here soon) and it seems like this little man was just a newborn.. so itty bitty and snuggly! He sure has gotten handsome though!!! What a precious little smile he has, and an even sweeter spirit. Its obvious where it comes from because his momma is such a delight to see! I know the next 6 months will fly by too and I am so looking forward to celebrating a beautiful first birthday session with him soon!
I love to have a little red head in the studio! This little girl is just the sweetest country darling you’ll ever meet and she has the most adorable little North Carolina accent! In all the years I’ve lived here now, it still makes me giggle when I hear that southern slang, especially when its coming form a little one. I think she may have had as much fun as I did with this session and I am anxiously awaiting the beautiful frame that’s coming to compliment that gorgeous smile. Can’t wait to see these images hanging on her brightly colored walls!
Wow! Now what a busy day we had at the Summer Solstice! We got to talk with over 75 families, and photographed well over 100 little ones! It was absolutely exhausting but LOADS of fun! I’d definitely say our 2nd photo booth went off without a hitch and we’re so excited to have added now 75+ new blog subscribers! So to those of you who are new to our posts, welcome! We’re going to be working hard this summer to get ready for our storybook sessions (which will be kicking off in the fall), not to mention meeting all the needs of our regular and new clients! Such an exciting time to be meeting all these new beautiful children and amazing families. We are truly blessed by all of you!

Storybook sessions are coming to the Triad this fall! We are so excited to announce that we’ve kicked off something brand spanking new, not being done by any other photography studio in Greensboro, Winston Salem, High Point, Burlington… possibly anywhere in the state of North Carolina! We are bringing your images to life in a whole new and exciting way! Storybook sessions will include wardrobe, location of choice, props, and the best part of all…. a fully custom image and story book for your children to read over and over and over and over again! They will LOVE to see themselves as these wonderful classic storybook characters!! We’re going to be looking for many models here soon so please stay tuned to the blog! Its so sad to see my baby’s first year client “graduate” from their first year package although it is such a joy to watch them grow and change so much! Its always a pleasure to see this family and I hope I’ll be seeing them for many many many years to come! They have such a great family dynamic and you can really tell there is a lot of love in that house!
This little man was born stylin’ with his adorable blond mohawk! I was so excited when I saw that head of hair I could barely contain myself. Mom probably thought I was a nut! We had a super fun time doing some cute stuff with this little guy and it always makes me smile to break out my oscar the grouch fur! There are lots more of little man on the facebook fan page too!
Watch out ladies…this little man is sure to be a heartbreaker! Â Just look at those eyes and that sweet, sly smile! Can you say TROUBLE with a capital T! Even though it was WORK to get a smile out of him, I think he still enjoyed himself (just playing the tough guy!). If you haven’t figured it out yet, this is big brother to those 2 little beautiful girls from earlier!!!
