Every little girl (or boy) dreams of storybook adventures, whether it be from their favorite princess Disney movie, or of a super hero scaling a city in a single bound. We’re officially here to say, we want to turn those dreams into reality! We’re kicking off our storybook sessions by taking you and your children on a trip into Wonderland to chase the white rabbit and play croquet with the queen of hearts. Alice sessions are available until the end of August and then will be retired until next spring. What a fun way to end the summer!

I love to have a little red head in the studio! This little girl is just the sweetest country darling you’ll ever meet and she has the most adorable little North Carolina accent! In all the years I’ve lived here now, it still makes me giggle when I hear that southern slang, especially when its coming form a little one. I think she may have had as much fun as I did with this session and I am anxiously awaiting the beautiful frame that’s coming to compliment that gorgeous smile. Can’t wait to see these images hanging on her brightly colored walls!
Watch out ladies…this little man is sure to be a heartbreaker! Just look at those eyes and that sweet, sly smile! Can you say TROUBLE with a capital T! Even though it was WORK to get a smile out of him, I think he still enjoyed himself (just playing the tough guy!). If you haven’t figured it out yet, this is big brother to those 2 little beautiful girls from earlier!!!
We just can’t resist sharing lots of shots from this spunky little girl’s modeling portfolio session! It is such a joy to get a little one who just LOVES to have their picture taken. If you can’t tell, she is one of those little girls. And.. ofcourse you can see she is fabulous at it as well! This cutie is so full of personality, we think she’s sure to be a star!
My very dear friend came to visit with her brand new little man and this little darling who I haven’t seen in WAY too long! Since I just love what I do, I just HAD to take her up to the studio for a quick second and get at least one good photo of her for mommy! Love that little smile!!
Its pretty rare that a family will opt to do a session in a more urban environment, so when it happens I get super excited because its one of my favorite things to do. There are so many awesome textures and colors in downtown Greensboro, the possibilities are endless! These two cuties were some of the sweetest, loving, and most cooperative(!) kiddos we’ve had the privilege of working with! We had such a fun time playing with them downtown on a beautiful Saturday morning. A little funny about the session, both mom and dad teach at two different colleges in the Triad area.. the same two colleges where my husband teaches ROTC. 🙂 Its a small world!
Wow.. I absolutely adored photographing this little girl. Not only are her and her momma the sweetest ladies you’ll ever meet, she is just the perfect little model in front of the camera. She had some of the most beautiful outfits for me to pick from and you can see she knows her poses and how to glam it up for the camera. Its so fun for me to get a little bit older girl since most of the time I see alot of babies and toddlers. I love doing photos for those ages of course but there is such a fun vibe when doing a session for a child who is getting a little bigger. They are really discovering who they are at this age and what they’re passionate about. Whether it be clothes and dance like this little lady, or baseball and barbeque like another little boy I know, this age is just so fun. I hope you enjoy a few of these favorites from our session together!
